Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an AP Analyst in the hospitality industry, located in Winter Park, Florida. The role involves maintaining and establishing relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate bill payments, and assisting with month-end tasks. Responsibilities: Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment Code and enter all invoices into the general/property ledger system Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to departmental procedures Research and resolve payment issues for vendors Complete monthly utility spreadsheet for the Operations team Set up new vendors in the system Assist with month-end activities by researching expense variances with the Controller Scan and save all invoice copies for record-keeping. Skills: Proficiency with MS Great Plains Accounting, Sage Software, and Microsoft Excel Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong analytic ability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and plan collaboratively with internal and external customers High degree of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.For immediate consideration regarding the AP Analyst position, please send your resume to Mitch Anderson, AVP and Practice Director. You can also call (407) 214-8427.Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk role within the hospitality industry Proficiency in MS Great Plains Accounting Strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes Proficiency in Sage Software is necessary Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a requirement Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work well in a team and independently when required Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable Experience in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
