Description Robert Half is currently seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract to hire basis for a local municipality of Orlando. The Executive Assistant would be responsible for providing high level administrative support to executive team members, generating and maintaining reports, perform special projects as requested from senior staff, prioritizes, organizes, and performs a variety of administrative tasks, municipal procedures, practices and policies; and general office procedures including maintaining complex and confidential records and files, collecting and distributing mail.
