In order to be successful in the role, it is essential that the Contract Support professional understand the contract scope, internal and client procedures, processes and systems; and must operate those to the required standards. This position is working M / Tu / Th / F: 1pm – 10pm and Sat: 11a – 7pm.What you’ll do

Administrate the ID & Access Control Centers systems nationally working requests, answering calls, creating tickets, and processing the requests following the strict guidelines established for Access Control Centers.

Troubleshoot access issues using approved methods and determine if an issue and provide prompt resolution.

Assist Technicians over the phone while at the site working on building issues.

Build, edit, disable, or delete access records following processes and procedures

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of related experience.

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions and problem solve in standard situations.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to type 45-50 WPM.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
