Responsibilities:
Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service
Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products
Take preventative measures, escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
Qualifications:
Window installation or carpentry experience
2 yrs+ of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Reliable, personal vehicle to travel to and from service appointments
