Responsibilities
Build and assemble components according to specifications and schematics.

Perform heavy lifting as required during installations and repairs.

Troubleshoot issues related to construction plumbing and pipe threading.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Experience
Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics is essential.
Experience in carpentry, plumbing, or related fields is highly desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
