Job Description: HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:
HVAC industry experience is required
Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC issues in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked company vehicle:
Inventory and maintain all required equipment.
Ensure tools and equipment are clean and fully operational.
Inspect customer systems and provide clear, honest assessments and recommendations.
Stay in communication with the office throughout the workday; respond promptly to calls and messages.
Accurately complete service tickets, invoices, and documentation.
Collect payment from customers when required.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Deliver high-quality service, on time.
Be dependable and follow through on all commitments.
Comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, technical knowledge, and new equipment.
Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
Promote company services and generate referrals by asking satisfied customers for recommendations.
Proficiency in using iPads and service software for scheduling, invoicing, and documentation is essential.
Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
