Landscape Crew Labor and Lawn Maintenance Crew Labor
Must be able to perform manual labor! (if you're not willing to work don't waste my time)
Tasks will include manual digging holes and trenches, planting trees and plants, raking, manual shoveling, carrying plants, limbs, debris on landscape jobs. Weed wacker, blower, edger, rake, carry limbs and debris.
Need motivated individuals who can think for themselves and also work well with others.
Must be able to take directions from Management and perform the work to complete tasks. We are a growing company looking for great laborers to join our growing team - this position does have the availability to grow within the company! (If you are skilled and can prove yourself to be a valued employee you will be able to advance within your position rapidly.)
Must be LEGAL to work in the US. Must have daily transportation to work.
Bi-lingual a plus!
Equipment operating experience and skills a plus
Valid DL a Plus (with minimum 5 years valid DL and minimum 3 year's experience operating large truck/equipment/towing)
40 hours per week, plus overtime (ot=1.5x hourly pay), hourly wage based on work ability (Minimum $17 per hour to start/ 48k per year). Starting rate is based on experience and qualification, plenty of room for growth and higher pay for qualified, reliable and hard-working person!
Pay Evaluation after first 30 days for new employees who prove their work ability and growth potential.
