Position: Kitchen and Bath Installation Contractor
Type: Contract, Long-term collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Execute kitchen and bath installation projects with precision, adhering to our high standards for quality and efficiency.
Manage all aspects of installations, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and tile setting.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with our team and clients, providing daily updates on project progress.
Uphold safety standards and ensure all work is compliant with relevant codes and regulations.
Clean job sites from start to finish → including tool organization, dust and garbage control daily
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen and bath installations, particularly with framed and frameless cabinet installations.
Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tile setting, project management, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
Must possess valid Florida State Licensing and meet all required insurance standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed within allocated timelines and budgets.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
