Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Electricians for an immediate start in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area!
PAY: $28-$32/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-10-hour workdays, 5 days per week
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
START DATE: ASAP
Length of the project: Temporary to permanent
Industrial Electrician Job Description:
We are looking for electricians capable of bending and running conduits, pulling wires, and installing light fixtures. Must be able to wire panels, terminate, and troubleshoot. Fixing and of repairing electrical equipment, maintenance of plant equipment.
Qualifications for Industrial Electrician:
4+ years of electrical experience in an industrial setting.
Test and diagnose electrical system up to 480 volts AC.
Installs wiring and conduit for machinery and equipment up to 480VAC.
Install, troubleshoot, controls circuitry, relays and senders.
Replaces or repairs faulty electrical components of machinery, such as relays, motors, switches, printed circuit boards and position sensing devices. Rewires motors in conjunction with gearbox assemblies.
Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a TWIC or Transportation Workers Identification Card.
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses.
Must have standard electrical hand tools.
Additional Requirements for Industrial Electricians:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
