We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee multiple projects from preconstruction (PRECON) through full commissioning. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep field knowledge and the ability to manage 5–6+ projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field operations on multiple job sites.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule standards.
Interpret blueprints and schematics.
Oversee crews, mentor junior electricians, and provide leadership on-site.
Manage materials, inspections, and punch lists through to commissioning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of NEC, local codes, and commissioning processes.
Ability to multitask across several active projects.
Valid driver’s license and clean record.
