We are currently looking for a Motivated and Skilled Cleaning technician for our company East Coast Boat Detail. We are growing extremely fast and we're trying to keep up! We're looking for someone who can grow into a bigger and even higher paid position as we grow. There is 6-figure potential in this opportunity for the right person who is able to provide excellent service to our customers and assist with further growth and management of our team.
We have jobs in Palm Beach, Miami, and Broward counties.

Duties:
Hull Cleaning: Washing the boat’s hull, removing algae, salt, and other residues.
Waxing and Polishing: Applying wax and polish to protect the boat’s exterior surfaces and improve shine.
Gelcoat Restoration: Using compounds to restore and protect gel-coated surfaces if faded or oxidized.
Metal Polishing: Polishing metal components like railings and cleats to prevent corrosion and maintain luster.
Cleaning Canvas and Upholstery: Washing and applying protectants to canvas covers and outdoor upholstery.
Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Handle cleaning jobs as assigned
Proficiency with Technology and a Smart Phones
Experience:
- Previous experience in boat detailing is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
Cleaners are Required to have their own equipment / cleaning solutions such as but not limited to:
Pressure Washer
Soft-Bristle Brushes and Sponges
Buckets and Hose Attachments
Microfiber Towels and Chamois
Deck Brushes and Extendable Poles
Dual-Action Polisher/Buffer
Polishing Pads and Applicators
Compound and Polish
Marine-Grade Wax and Sealants
- Schedules are flexible
Note: This position does not involve restoration, engines, or yacht management services. It is primarily focused on general boat detailing. Experience in boat detailing or marina management is beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
