We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commission Only Sales Professional with experience in these areas.
In this role, you will
Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and building relationships within the community (in-person visits, phone calls, email marketing, etc.)
Build relationships with condo associations, property managers, and insurance agents
Schedule and manage your own customer appointments for our techs to assess property damage
Provide free, no-obligation estimates for our restoration services
Secure project contracts and manage client expectations
Close deals and convert leads into paying customers
The ideal candidate will possess
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the restoration commercial losses industry a plus
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
A valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
