Key Responsibilities:
Make 300-600 outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers.
Qualify leads, pitch MCA and other financial services, and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
Work with underwriting to ensure smooth deal approvals and funding.
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets to maximize commissions.
Keep detailed records of leads and follow-ups in CRM software.
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred, but we’ll train the right mindset.
Money-driven and highly motivated to earn six figures.
Strong communication & persuasion skills—you know how to sell!
Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
Experience in MCA or financial services is a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking.
