Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our financial products and services.
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's offerings.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in telemarketing, technical sales, or similar roles.
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone and build rapport.
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of technology sales is a plus.
