About the Role
Blingle! Of South Florida’s Holiday Lights Sales Lighting Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting with customers after they have expressed interest in our residential Holiday Lights offering. Our Office Manager will schedule appointments with the interested customer and the Sales Specialist will then meet with the customer face to face to hear the customer’s vision, take measurements of the property, and then assist the Office Manager and General Manager with providing a quote to the customer for the Holiday Lighting work.
As a Blingle! Holiday Lighting Sales Specialist, it is this person’s primary duty to represent Blingle of South Florida in a professional manner, be receptive of customer ideas, be punctual with customer meetings, and help communicate the correct product that captures the essence and emotion of the customer’s intent. The focus is to develop and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients. The Holiday Lighting Sales Specialist is an important member of the Blingle of South Florida team and must be able to work to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements. They will also assist in creating winning sales proposals.
Compensation will be based on experience and will include a combination of an hourly rate as well as sales incentives for Holiday Lighting leads that convert to Blingle of South Florida clients. This position is intended to last from November – December 2024 to assist with the busy residential Holiday Lighting
season of South Florida. Hours are flexible and can be modified (to a certain extent) to the schedule of the Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with the Blingle of South Florida Office Manager and General Manager to follow up on booked appointments and represent Blingle of South Florida for Holiday Lighting sales appointments and quotes.
· Meet with homeowners about their Holiday Lighting installation needs.
· Enter information into company software to capture job details and special notes for the installation crew.
· Capture specific information about the home, including measurements, and take photos to document the project.
· Assist with the creation of official proposals for the customer.
· Participate in regular sales meetings and webinars.
