Position Details:
Type: Full-time, in-office only (no remote positions available)
Location: Pompano Beach

Pay Structure:
WE PAY ON THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT, NOT JUST THE BINDING ESTIMATE FEE
First Week (No Quota): 25% commission on all booked sales.
Base Pay for Low Sales (Weeks 2 and Onwards): If you book $2,500 or less, you’ll receive a fixed pay of $200.
Commission Tiers (Weeks 2 and Onwards):
$2,501 - $3,999: 24% commission on total sales
$4,000 - $4,999: 25% commission on total sales
$5,000 - $6,999: 27% commission on total sales
$7,000 - $9,999: 29% commission on total sales
$10,000 or more: 30% commission on total sales
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (moving industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
