Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with a passion for boating and a solid understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads from dealers, distributors, and OEMs within the boating sector. This role requires effective communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to engage prospects via phone calls. This can be done from anywhere on the east coast.
Responsibilities:
Contact a pre-determined sector of potential leads within the boating industry, including dealers, distributors, and OEMs.
Utilize various tools and strategies to gather contact information and qualify leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate lead generation efforts.
Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and establish interest.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (First languages requirement).
Background in and understanding of the boating industry is essential.
Previous experience in sales or lead generation, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
