Hiring Hospitality Security Professionals to work at a fine dining restaurant.
Attire: Black suit, black shirt
License(s): Florida D-License required
Hours: 5pm-1am (flexible on start/end times)
Days of Operation: 7 days/week
Duties:
- Maintain a clean & professional image, treat all patrons & client staff with respect and dignity.
- Provide customer service to restaurant patrons as necessary (i.e. directing them to the restrooms, exits, etc.).
- Crowd control: facilitating the spatial organization of patrons in order to allow for restaurant service staff and other patrons to move about the venue without difficulty and to comply with fire codes.
- Access control: Assist the restaurant Door Host with controlling access to the venue according with client's nightly reservation availability.
- Facilitate the comings & goings of patrons and staff directly in front of and adjacent to the entrance of the restaurant (as necessary).
- Employees must able to stand for long periods, shifts can range from just a few hours for private events to 6+ hours of dining service.
Compensation: $20.00/hour+, DOE & Qualifications
- Prior Law Enforcement preferred
- Prior hospitality/high-end dining experience preferred but not required (can train)
