Job Posting - Store Associate
Position Available: Wholesale | Retail | Shipping | Inventory, Store Associate
Responsibilities:
Handle multiple tasks across the showroom and stockroom floor.
Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
Pick and process orders, with training provided on our system.
Manage online orders and shipping tasks, with training provided.
Perform inventory tasks.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (Both).
Basic computer skills (Windows, Email, Microsoft Office, Google Apps).
Familiarity with social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Customer service experience is a plus, We'll offer training provided you are able to perform the other tasks.
Able to lift and carry boxes (0.5 lbs to 30 lbs) and stand for long periods.
High school education is not required but it is preferred.
Clean background (checks will be conducted).
Hours:
Full-Time, with paid overtime.
Monday to Friday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday: Closed
