- Process and manage online orders in a timely and accurate manner: Printing, preparing, packing, shipping.
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Process shipping claims, refunds, communicating with customers and take proper action.
- Communicate with customers to ensure order details are correct and address any inquiries or concerns
- Analyze order information to identify potential issues or discrepancies and take appropriate action
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in SHOPIFY NEEDED (at least 2 years)
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Must be able to lift over 30 pounds, bend-over and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
