Waterfront Homeowner's Association in Jupiter consisting of 340 Townhouses with 3 Pools, Boat Storage Area, private Boat Ramp, private Internet System and 3 full-time support staff is seeking a full time, on-site, CAM licensed Property Manager with experience in self-managing a large Homeowner's Association complex. Applicant must have a full working knowledge of TOPS(will train the right candidate), Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and TOPS accounting.
Note: All candidates feel free to apply, will train and pay for CAM licensing for the right candidate.
Applicant must also have skills to
(1) Satisfy resident's needs & desires in a timely manner
(2) Work out contract details with vendors and put bids out for any required work or services
(3) Work & coordinate, where necessary, with various government entities
(4) Converse with residents and vendors to resolve disputes
(5) Answer questions and support 5 member Board of Directors
(6) Manage support staff personnel
(7) Prepare/analyze annual budgets. The applicant should have schedule flexibility to work nights and/or weekends when needed and be "On call' 24/7 for emergencies; and as needed, in the event of major issues requiring Management intervention.
