What You’ll Do:
Funnel agent prospects into our proven recruiting system (live Zooms, on-demand presentations, daily training events).
Work both company-generated and self-generated leads to build a steady pipeline.
Follow up quickly by phone, text, and Zoom.
Screen agents for company standards — ensuring ability to sell and commitment to meet our production policy (minimum of 1 home sold per month).
Book and conduct one-on-one Zooms to review paperwork, answer questions, and onboard new agents.
Keep prospects engaged by inviting them to ongoing daily trainings and specialty events until they join.
Convert meetings into signed paperwork through trial closes, follow-up, and consistent engagement.
Build relationships via calls, texts, social media engagement, and referral asks.
Leverage top producers for three-way calls, Zooms, and social proof to help close prospects.
Be accountable to KPIs (attendance, conversions, signed paperwork, and follow-up benchmarks).
