Open vacancy at Vera Manage LLC: Business Analyst.
Job Description: Gather and organize information on problems or procedures; Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures; Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding; Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes; Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis; Evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and propose optimizations to improve efficiency; Analyze market trends and financial performance of real estate properties to support investment decisions; Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies; Develop reports and data-driven insights to assist in strategic decision-making; Collaborate with different departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Requirements: 3 months of experience in Business Analytics or Management; Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics; Proficiency in Russian language as majority of employees, contractors and clients of the company are Russian-speaking.
