With an exciting new division launching, we are seeking motivated, proactive, and versatile people to coordinate, support, market, and recruit for our live online auctions. Join our team and play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our growing auction platform!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and execute multiple live auctions to ensure seamless operations.
- Generate and analyze system reports to identify and select products for auctions.
- Pull, organize and stage auction products efficiently.
- Moderate live auction chat streams, fostering an engaging and professional audience experience.
- Assist the presenter during live auctions to ensure smooth transitions and timely item presentation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote auctions and drive audience engagement.
- Recruit and onboard talented online presenters to fill current and future 24/7 on-air time slots.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and mobile applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
- Reliability, dependability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of women’s skin and beauty care brands and products.
- Experience in marketing, recruitment, or event coordination is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented mindset with a positive and upbeat attitude.
Location:
NW Pompano Beach
Hours:
Late morning to night, with occasional weekend shifts required to support auction schedules.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $25 per hour.
- Comprehensive benefits package offered after 90 days of employment.
