Established Construction Company 20 plus years; looking for a Professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be hired immediately.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of reception or office work required.
Must be Bilingual, Spanish is a must.
Must be Reliable and available to work 7:00am to3:30pm; Monday through Friday.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and very busy office environment.
Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience is a Plus.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Works well with other employees and managers.
Excellent organizational skills are a must.
QuickBooks Experience and Microsoft Excel are a Plus.
Responsibilities:
Provides clerical and administrative support, greet workers, clients and vendors.
Handles multiple phone lines, screens calls, takes messages.
Orders materials utilizing Purchase Orders. Contact vendors for equipment rentals, orders parts and materials.
Maintains office supplies inventory. Purchase and dispenses office supplies.
Order Certificates of Insurance and maintain job files. Completes tasks within deadlines and efficiently.
Must be punctual, schedule 7:00am-3:30pm.
Handles small office equipment, copier, scanner, postage via USPS and FedEx.
Performs data entry, reconciliations and other supporting bookkeeping tasks.
Benefits:
$20- $22/hour depending on experience.
