Job Responsibilities:
As our Receptionist, you'll serve as the initial contact for our customers, embodying professionalism and courtesy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering Phone Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls, provide information, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Assigning Workloads: Coordinate with technicians to distribute workloads effectively, based on priority and expertise.
- Using CRM Software: Utilize our CRM software for updating customer records, tracking service progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Billing: Prepare and issue invoices, process payments, and address billing inquiries with transparency and accuracy.
- Coordinating Appointment Scheduling: Schedule customer appointments, manage the calendar to meet customer needs, and optimize resource allocation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Creole is optional but highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and multitask with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
