We are seeking a sharp, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton. This is an in-office position supporting upper management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and responding to high volumes of email correspondence
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
Utilizing various software programs to support operations
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Handling banking and other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience supporting executive-level staff preferred
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Location: In-office – Boca Raton, FL (This is not a remote position)
