Qualifications:
Inside Sales Assistant - You must travel to the office daily.
Experience in inside sales in a professional B2B environment.
Proven track record of success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100%+
Working knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques.
Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services.
Proven organization skills, effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Training program is 2 months.
As a sales assistant you will be responsible for helping top Sales Reps develop and grow new customer accounts in the legal community. As well as, maintain current accounts
Consult with the clients regarding web-based marketing strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and will improve their ability to generate business.
Strategically help grow a customer base through email prospecting.
Technical aptitude (MS Office, internet applications, Salesforce.com)

Compensation: 30K base salary, plus commission.
Commission: 1% to 5% performance based.
