Immediate Hire available for Call Center Specialist for busy Doctors office
· Call center experience preferred.
· Internet savvy and able to learn scheduling software.
· Answer every call in a timely and efficient manner.
· Respond to patients’ inquiries via website and email.
· Manage/maintain check in process for all patients.
· Confirm that all information being entered in the system is both complete and accurate.
· Relays phone messages to appropriate center staff to expedite call back.
· Confirm appointments for following day.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
· Must be fluent in Spanish
