Greeting patients: Welcoming patients and directing them to the appropriate area of the office
Answering phones and emails: Answering phone calls and emails, and taking messages
Scheduling appointments: Scheduling and canceling patient appointments
Managing Some insurance: Completing and filing insurance forms and dental billing records
Managing office supplies: Managing office inventory and supplies, and communicating with dental supply vendors
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff
Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
Hours 8:30am-6:30pm
