Luxury Condominium Association in Miami Beach, Florida is looking for a Front Desk/Concierge to join our in-house team.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

- Provide information and assistance to residents and visitors regarding condominium policies, procedures, and services.

- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries to residents and staff.

- Assist with the scheduling of common areas and amenities.

- Monitor and control access to the condominium premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the building. (monitor security cameras, register visitors, contractors, and realtors)

- Monitor and respond to security alarms and emergency situations, following established protocols and notifying the appropriate authorities if needed.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

- Coordinate with property management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication within the condominium association.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role within a Condominium

- Condominium experience strongly preferred.

- PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED.

- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, guests, and staff in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Skill in handling difficult situations and conflicts, maintaining a calm and diplomatic approach when dealing with challenging individuals.

- Willingness to collaborate with other staff members and departments to achieve common goals and deliver excellent service.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

- Ability to keep track of appointments, schedules, and records, ensuring that information is easily accessible when needed.

- Effective management of time and resources to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently.

Job Type/Schedule:

- Part Time

- 28 hours per week/56 hours per pay period

- Hours are 8am to 4pm
