Estimate Like a Pro: Create accurate and detailed estimates for repair and maintenance jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction and shop profitability.
The Sales Savvy: Turn inquiries into jobs! Use your persuasive skills to effectively sell repair and maintenance services.
Master of the Schedule: Keep the shop running smoothly by scheduling appointments, tracking job progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Invoice Accuracy is Key: Process completed jobs, write accurate invoices, and collect payments efficiently.
Digital Guru: Maintain and organize our computer system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily accessible.
Parts Procurement: Research and order necessary parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and avoiding delays.
Material Maestro: Order general shop supplies and keep the inventory organized and stocked.
Organization is King: Maintain a clean and efficient office environment, fostering a positive workplace for everyone.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
Basic automotive knowledge a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Points:
Experience in the automotive industry
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
