Make payments online.
Processing PO in the system.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Great Communication Skills (Answer Phone Calls and Speaking to Client)
Administrative Skill( Spreadsheet, Filing,etc)
Teamwork Skills(Assist Office Manager and other departments)
Must be very organized & and able to work well in teams.
Efficient, self-motivated, fast learner, especially about our products and materials.
Positive attitude, work ethic, punctual, reliable.
