Development Director

Job Description

Through creativity, innovation, and technology, we deploy a systems solution to radically reduce child sex tracking. We build dense information pictures of these opaque systems to design custom interventions that shut them down and heal effected communities. In addition to running rescue operations to liberate children in captivity, our core strategy consists of understanding criminal networks, catalyzing social movements, and enhancing government capabilities. When we deploy these strategies in an integrated fashion in a focused geography, we achieve a massive decrease in the prevalence of this atrocity.

In the last four years, we’ve taken down tracking networks and greatly reduced crime in hotspots. Three short stories will emphasize this systemic impact.

During an investigation to find two missing girls, we rescued 17 girls and arrested the entire network of 16 criminals. 600 girls have been preemptively saved over the next decade.

We always look for opportunities to employ survivors. One of our recent hires revealed that her little sister was still stuck in a tracking ring. Within 3 days, she got her own special operations team, led the raid, and rescued her sister herself! She then tasked our operatives to investigate the brothels where she herself was sold. We launched multiple coordinated operations against this syndicate and rescued 50 girls. The system of tracking in this region has now been constricted, and the prevalence of minors has plummeted.

After rescuing 4 girls just days before they were sold for the first time, we created a social movement and filed a community-based petition against a large, notoriously violent red-light district. In a landmark verdict, the judge ordered the closure of all the brothels and the prosecution of all the owners. This was the first time in the history of this country that a red-light district was completely shut down via court order. 2,000 children will no longer be enslaved over the next decade. Sex tracking in this city has diminished by over 90%.

We are pioneering innovations that will significantly contribute to the global anti-slavery effort. Join us if you have a vision to change the world and are hungry for innovation and personal growth.
