ITALdoors and its affiliated sister companies are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Project Assistant to become an integral part of our team. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to coordinate and execute essential project tasks and requirements.
Candidate will assist Project Manager with designated project tasks
Experience in measuring Doors, Wall paneling and Cabinetry for installment (Training available)
Must have reliable transportation as travel to various project sites is required (Mileage / Gas / Valet reimbursed)
Pay: 3,500-4,000 Monthly

Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in project management assistance
Bachelors degree is required
Proficiency in construction / installation of doors and Interior design
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management software
Ability to read plans and specificationsaccurately
Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work overtime - including Saturdays (when / if needed)
Assist in the process of releasing completed project to the full satisfaction of the client and resolves any job closeout items.
Performs additional assignments as requested by management.
Proficiency in reading architectural drawings
AUTOCAD experience is mandatory
Assists with measuring doors for installation
Responding to client hardware inquiries - providing accurate product information
Generating estimates and invoices
Assists in maintaining hardware order sheet
