We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our established legal firm and be part of a great team. This position is permanent and offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish, have a strong passion for helping people with their personal injury legal concerns with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field.
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible to:
Prepare demands
Handle a personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or trial
Draft pleadings and motions
Attend depositions, mediation, hearing
Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
Conduct pre-trial conferences and settlement negotiations
Personal Injury Trial experience required
Oversee and work with support staff
Minimum of 7 years of experience with personal injury litigation on the Plaintiff’s side, Florida Bar admission in good standing and fluent in Spanish needed.
