Our Company provides wood restoration and refinishing services in Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties, and we intend to expand elsewhere in Florida. Our mission is to restore beauty and functionality to wood surfaces, while extending the life of our customers’ investments.
We are presenting an opportunity for someone to grow with our Company, take on new and challenging projects in a fast-paced and fun work environment. The Woodworker will be involved in the stripping, cleaning, brightening, sanding, finishing and sealing of wood products and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS
The Woodworker must be dependable, hardworking, detail oriented and able to work in a team centered environment. Background and proficiency with the tools and finishing applications utilized in woodworking is a plus. Must be willing to comply with company safety rules, and be able to lift and move over 50 lbs. The Woodworker must also be able to work on their feet for extended periods of time, both outdoors and in unairconditioned spaces.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP/WORK SCHEDULE
The Woodworker will report directly to the Company’s CEO. It is expected that the Woodworker will work approximately 20-30 hours a week, but at times hours may be up to 40 on a weekly basis.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
The Woodworker is accountable for:
1. Stripping, Cleaning, Brightening, Sanding and Refinishing Wood Products and Materials: a. Must understand the safe use of equipment and products utilized in wood finishing/refinishing; b. Able to adapt process according to needs of each job; c. Meticulous attention to detail in completing jobs.
2. Safely Moving Finished Materials and Ensuring No Damage: Must be willing and able to lift and move over 50 lbs.
3. Cleaning and Organizing Workspaces, Maintaining Equipment, and Disposing of Materials According to Company Protocols and Procedures: a. Ensure workspaces are maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all waste products and materials are disposed of safely according to company protocols; b. Cleaning and maintaining all work equipment according to company protocols and manufacturer specifications.
4. Standing for Prolonged Periods of Time, often outdoors or in a unairconditioned environment: Much of the work will be performed outside, or in unairconditioned indoor spaces.
WAGE INFORMATION
Pay rate of $16 per hour starting. Eligible for periodic performance bonuses at the CEO’s discretion.
