This is a Refrigerated Warehouse-merchandiser position responsible for pulling and merchandising refrigerated products for a Boars Head Distributor. This requires using excellent customer service skills,

Essential Skills and Knowledge
Meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company.
Effectively plan and organize work activities independently or of direct supervision.
Develop a good working knowledge of product and inventory control techniques and procedures.
Maintain ongoing inter-department communications related to routing, safety, and customer relations.
Demonstrate strong customer relations and problem resolution skills.
Essential Duties:
Pull product within assigned route schedule in a timely manner. Immediately inform management team of any deviations.
Unload product from truck, by hand or using hand cart, and place in designated storage areas.
Frequently lift, push, or move product that weighs 1-40 pounds, up to 50 pounds; frequently reach up to 72" to stack and un stack floats and hand carts constantly bend and pivot while loading and unloading product.
Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to hand cart, pallets, load bars.
Maintain sanitary conditions in warehouse, office.
Attend all required company meetings.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications & amp; Basic Requirements:
Must be 25+ years of age or older.
No cell Phone or texting allowed in warehouse.
Clean and well groomed at all times IS A MUST.
No ear rings what so ever or wife beaters allowed on premises whatsoever.
Able to read, write and communicate in English.
No Smoking or Vaping allowed.
No back packs allowed on premises.
Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Must pass pee-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check)
Reliable transportation a must
Preferred Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
No experience necessary (we will train)
Must be a self starter eager to work.

Additional Information:
Compensation: $16-18 per hour depending on your experience & work ethics.
