National Commercial Cleaning Company is expanding business in Miami, and is looking for an experienced person Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm to help with performance cleaning and porter responsibilities in an open warehouse facility such as:
Daily Activities:
Arrive on time/sweep and dust mop concrete floors in the warehouse, help to move garbage cans to dumpster area and place back / walk around the ground and pick up the garbage and debris/ walk around warehouse skirt and clean around/ adequate use of air blower to walk around the facility and remove dust from forklift / deep cleaning bathroom/closet and small office on mechanic area/ be able to follow instructions and create daily reports check in check out and any irregular activity.
This position requires the ability to lift at least 30 pounds and the ability to perform active work.
