Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations that ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Unload inbound shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
Verify shipment accuracy by matching items against packing lists and purchase orders.
Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all outbound shipments.
Experience
Must speak English AND Spanish
Previous warehouse experience is required. Experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse environment is preferred.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including bill of lading documentation.
Certification in operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
