You will perform the necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.
Responsibilities:
Repair minor issues with equipment and buildings
Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
Order and replace broken parts or equipment
Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
The position works under the direction of the Property Manager and the District Manager. It provides services for single or multiple locations within a District. Maintenance Workers, who work 30 or more standard hours weekly, are eligible for health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), paid vacations, and holiday.
