RA Top Builders is seeking a supervisor to join out team:
Job description:
- Manage and guide all building tasks to make sure they finish on time and don't go over the budget.
- Plan the work schedule, keep an eye on how things are going, and change the plan if needed to make sure we finish on time.
- Check that the people working under you do their jobs well.
- Give orders and instructions.
- Make sure the place we work is safe, secure, and healthy.
- Make sure we finish work on time.
- Say yes to the hours worked.
- Ensure our customers are happy with our service.
- Make sure everyone working on site works well together to finish quality work quickly.
- Watch how we build things and sometimes teach the team or bring them together for better work.
- Always follow safety rules.
- Check the equipment, materials, and the work site regularly.
- Arrange meetings with the people we buy from, inspectors, managers, and our workers.
- Write reports, plan the budget, and tell others about our projects.
- Work closely with architects and other experts.
Pay: $800/Weekly
