MHP Commercial is looking for a Property Care Associate to join our team!
The Property Care Associate position will work closely with the hiring manager.
Duties:
The Property Care Associate is responsible for:
Care, maintenance and upkeep of the physical appearance of the property.
Collecting and managing supplies for upkeep, care, and maintenance of the property.
Assisting with any duties or projects that may arise.
- mowing grass
- raking leaves
- maintaining lawn/ lawn care
- watering plants when needed
- removing unwanted grass from overgrown areas
- removing Cobwebs
- removing outdoor dust and dirt from exterior walls
- sweeping entry way
- trimming trees or bush when needed
- taking trash bins to curb and putting them back after trash collection when needed.
This list is not exhaustive and other property care tasks may be required occasionally.
Availability: Part-time As needed. Flexible scheduling available.
Requirements:
Have access to a smart phone or tablet for on-site Zoom call with manager
Ability to use Zoom for communication with manager
Ability to follow instructions and tasks as given
Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work outdoor
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to maintain confidentiality
This position is part-time, independent contract.
Submit and pass background check
This position requires some driving occasionally.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or higher
Pay: $15 per hour
Paid by CashApp, or Direct Deposit
Paid after each work shift
