We are seeking a reliable and skilled Plumber/Handyman to join our property management team. This individual will handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our residential properties, ensuring that our tenants enjoy a safe and well-maintained living environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including faucets, sinks, toilets, and water lines.
Handle general handyman tasks such as basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
Diagnose maintenance issues quickly and provide timely solutions.
Assist with preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while completing repairs.
Communicate effectively with property management regarding work orders and tenant needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in plumbing and general maintenance/handyman work.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
Experience working in residential property maintenance.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
