Maintenance Technician for Oceanfront Boca Raton Florida
Skills needed: electrical, plumbing, HVAC with cooling towers, pool, irrigation, fire monitoring systems, drywall repairs and painting. Ability to work independently and be available for after-hour callouts. Must have experience with oceanfront building. $30/hour plus benefits.
