We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscaping Laborer to assist in the maintenance, cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas. The successful candidate will assist in the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas. The candidate will need experience in landscaping, ground maintenance, and operating basic outdoor equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas by mowing, trimming, and watering etc.
Remove debris, trash, and weeds from grounds and walkways.
Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and trimmers.
Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Apply fertilizers and pesticides as directed.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Always follow safety procedures and guidelines and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred.
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Must be able to hear, read, write and speak English fluently and follow directives.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to get to and from work on time.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Follow all safety protocols, always maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and wear PPE.
Working Conditions
This position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and requires physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

NOTE: This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods, and lifting 25 lbs. or more. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and overtime depending on shop needs.
Position offers paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance after 90 days and Paid Time Off after 1 year.
