We are looking for a self starter who is reliable, drug and alcohol free and dependable for a beautiful Condominium Complex on A1A in Pompano Beach Florida. Would love to find someone who is presently working in a Condominium environment. This is a great job for the right individual. All you have to do is show up and do your job. Nobody’s looking over your shoulder. You will be responsible for keeping the common areas clean, light handyman projects and painting. To begin it will be 6 hours per day Monday thru Friday. Once established it will be a 8 hour day at $18.00 per hour to start. This is a stress free job as long as you show up and do your work. Lots of extra work can be had for the right person down the road. There are over 100 units in this building. The owners are always looking for handymen and painters.
