Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in vacation rental homes. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests. It is crucial to understand the importance of cleanliness and presentation in maintaining our high standards. Our cleaning team plays a crucial role in ensuring that every guest arrives at a spotless and inviting vacation rental.
Duties:
Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Changing bed linens, towels, and other linens as needed.
Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to maintain a pristine environment.
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and surfaces to ensure a sparkling appearance.
Tidying up the patio and grill area to provide guests with a pristine environment for relaxation.
Restocking amenities such as toiletries and supplies.
Reporting any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the management team promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
