We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join the Human Resources/Risk Management Department. This role focuses on recruitment support and pre-onboarding coordination, and is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Screen job applications to identify qualified candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants and hiring managers
Manage recruitment communications, including interview logistics and follow-ups
Assist with pre-onboarding tasks, such as collecting documents, conducting reference checks, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
Prior experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Administrative Support
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally
Availability for a full-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Maintain up-to-date and accurate applicant records and files
Provide general administrative support to the HR and Risk Management teams
