Post operative care service provider seeks post op care assistant with experience working in a ACHA Compliant recovery home of 2 patients max. We provide in home care to individuals who have had a plastic surgery procedure in a private home setting. You will work to provide high quality care, be attentive and compassionate.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Must live in or near Miami
Highly proficient in speaking and understanding English
Must be able give lymphatic massages
HHA or CNA certificate
Responsibilities:
Assists with activities such as bathing, comfort measures, changing bed linens
Performs vital signs monitoring
Give cues to remind client to take prescribed medications.
Provide companionship and basic care
Maintain a clean, healthy environment. Must know about cross contamination.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in post op care or recovery home.
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work well with others
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude
Day shift hours between
9 AM TO 8 PM
Part time position. 3 to 4 days a week. Must be willing to work Saturdays when needed.
